Red Moon hosts events for birthworkers, classes and groups for pregnant people and parents, and assorted community events, classes, and gatherings hosted by local folks like you. Red Moon is an experimental space in its early days, a creative project started in response to the needs of local parents, kids, and folks who crave community and a soft place to land.
We’re located at 32 Masonic Street in downtown Northampton, across the street from the Masonic Street parking lot and the Women in Northampton mural.
The space is on the first floor, with six outdoor stairs up to our doorway. Please be in touch if you have accessibility needs.

Drop-in Prenatal/Postpartum Combo Group
New! Free weekly drop-in group for new parents (babies up to 12 months) and pregnant folks. This casual sharing circle is gently facilitated in order to create consistency and kind boundaries for all participants. All are welcome to come as you are, be yourself, and share as much as you feel comfortable. We come together each week to build community and connect over the challenges and beauty of this unique stage of life.

Weaving Attachment with Jessie Groneman
Prenatal and postpartum classes on parenting through Repair, Co-regulation and Attachment. Learn techniques to soothe and support your baby based on the latest research in Attachment Theory and Neuroscience.
Classes will draw from Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, RIE parenting (Magda Gerber), Developmental Movement (Lenore Grubinger), the Midwifery Model of Care, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and a desire to re-wild the way we parent. Learn techniques to help your baby unwind birth patterns and inhabit their body and life-force more comfortably and confidently. Space will be held to connect with yourself in the midst of parenting a new human. Cultivate a personal vision for your family as you welcome your new child. Learn how to build connection and to repair your attachment when needed. Understand how to be a “good enough” parent, the ultimate goal of optimal parenting.

Space Rental at Red Moon
The classroom comfortably seats 10-12 people. It is ideal for small gatherings, classes, workshops, and events. This space can be rented for $25/hour, with a sliding scale option (down to $0/hour) for free groups and community events.
The office is ideal for 1:1 or 2:1 meetings. This space can be rented daily or hourly (limited availability) for $75/day or $40/half day.
