Birth Doula Care package includes:

Initial interview and consultation (free of charge) to talk with each other and decide if I am the right doula for you

Monthly visits throughout pregnancy, which includes childbirth education tailored to your goals, preferences, and chosen birth location. Prenatally we will discuss options and choices in birth, your anticipated needs and desires for support, practical coping strategies for your labor, self-advocacy and communication with your care providers, resources tailored to your needs and interests, and whatever else is on your mind as you move through your pregnancy

24/7 on-call availability beginning when you hire me as your doula. In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your birth, a back-up doula will be available to attend

Early labor support via phone, video, and/or in your home

Continuous active labor support at home, hospital, or birth center

Immediate postpartum care at your place of birth (can include support establishing breast/bodyfeeding, bottle feeding support, photography of the first moments with your baby, and getting you settled for your first rest after birth)

1-2 postpartum meetings to process the birth experience, share memories and feelings, and assess the need for further resources

Telephone and text support for the first six weeks postpartum as you navigate baby feeding, family sleep, postpartum recovery, emotional health for the whole family, and accessing community resources for the transition to parenthood

Birth photographs always included

My fee for birth doula services is $2450. I honor past rates for repeat clients.

Payment Options & Accessibility

I accept payment by cash, check, and credit card for all doula services. If you would like to use a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to pay for doula care I will provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

If you have Carrot Fertility Benefits through your employer, you may be eligible for full reimbursement for my doula services. Please let me know when you inquire about doula services if you have Carrot benefits and would like to use them for doula care.

I may be able to accommodate a sliding scale fee birth doula services or a barter/trade for a portion of the cost. I also offer mentorship to new doulas and can help parents find low-cost or free doula care when needed.

Overnight care shifts are from eight to twelve hours long, during the hours of 9pm-9am.

I provide overnight care up to five nights a week, and this service can be booked in advance, which guarantees my availability for your family. We can also schedule weekly depending on your needs and my availability.

If you are interested in overnight doula support, we can talk more about the logistics of this type of care and how it works with your chosen method of feeding your baby/ies. I have night time experience with singletons and multiples, bottle fed, breastfed, and combination fed babies, and a variety of parenting styles and philosophies. Please contact me for rates.
